- SMS Verifications & OTP
- Social Media Boosting
- Mobile Data Plans
You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
- Use our services only in jurisdictions where they are lawful.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate and truthful registration information.
- Enabling 2FA for enhanced security.
We may suspend accounts showing suspicious or abusive activity without prior notice.
Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Phone number rentals cancelled within 5 minutes of purchase (if no SMS was received).
- Verified double charges due to a system error.
Data plans and social media boosts are non-refundable once delivered or activated. To request a refund where eligible, contact support within 24 hours.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use ZubraHQ for:
- Illegal activities (fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation)
- Spamming or harassing other users
- Bypassing suspensions or bans on third-party platforms
- Reselling services without explicit written permission
- Automated abuse of our API or platform
Phone Number Rentals
Purchased numbers are:
- For SMS verification only.
- Shared or dedicated based on the plan selected.
- Active for the rental duration only.
- Non-transferable to other accounts.
We do not guarantee OTP delivery. No refund is issued for failed SMS due to third-party provider issues.
Social Media Boosting
SMM services:
- May drop over time — not permanently guaranteed.
- Comply with the relevant platform TOS at time of delivery.
- Are non-refundable once orders have started processing.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of boosting services is compliant with the relevant platform's policies.
Mobile Data Plans
Data services:
- Are non-refundable once activated.
- Depend on third-party network carriers.
- May have regional or carrier restrictions.
Verify your network provider's compatibility before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
ZubraHQ owns all content, code, and branding on this platform. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform or code.
- Use the ZubraHQ name or logo without written permission.
- Claim any affiliation or partnership with ZubraHQ.
Termination
We may terminate your access immediately if you:
- Violate any of these terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
- Attempt to exploit or attack the platform.
No refund will be issued upon termination for breach of terms.
Limitation of Liability
ZubraHQ is not liable for:
- Service interruptions beyond our control.
- Loss of data, funds, or account access.
- Third-party platform actions (e.g., account bans).
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is capped at the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Abuja, Nigeria.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ZubraHQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
